The premier suites and king-size 4-poster rooms with jacuzzi spa baths offer relaxation and indulgence. The oak-panelled room has mahogany king-size 4 poster and ensuite jacuzzi spa featuring the original English oak and Italian marble fireplace, a 3-piece suite, dining table, stained glass window and unique oak panelling dating back to 1665. Leisure facilities offer swimming pool, sauna, steam room, squash, gym and beauty salon. This club is situated a 5 minute drive from the Lodge and is available from 07.00 - 22.30 to our guests.

Directions from the North
Leave the M6 at Junction 40 and follow the A66 towards Keswick. Take the A591 south to Ambleside and follow the one way system around the village. Follow the signs for Coniston. Turn right at the BP petrol station and thenAs you turn left at the T junction the Ambleside Lodge is immediately on your right.
Directions from the South
Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A591 towards Ambleside. At the traffic lights at Waterhead bear left anf follow the lake shore and onto the village centre. The Ambleside Lodge is situated on the left immediately before the start of the one way system.
