Barton Hall is a Queen Anne house in the Lake District National Park. It lies in 3.5 acres of secluded grounds including croquet lawn and ample playing area for children.
It is 4.5 miles from Penrith's West Coast Main Line station and a few minutes walk from Lake Ullswater and Pooley Bridge village, with shops and post office. There are also first-class restaurants and public houses within easy driving distance.
Residents have, for their own use, a guest kitchen for preparing sandwiches, simple meals etc. The bedrooms are spacious, each with at least a double plus single bed. All rooms have LCD TV.

Barton Hall is on the B5320 about half a mile from Pooley Bridge and Ullswater, and 5 miles from Penrith. Penrith is located at the junction of M6, the A66, and the main railway line between London and Glasgow.
