Burnside B&B in Keswick is a small family run Bed and Breakfast Guest House located 10-15 minutes stroll from the centre of Keswick-on-Derwentwater; where warm traditional Cumbrian hospitality is complimented by the stunning scenery of the Northern Fells of the Lake District National Park.
We have recently refurbished and have a 4 Star Silver Award from the English Tourism Council and are consistently highly rated by our guests Tripadvisor reviews. We have also achieved Welcome Host status, are Fair Trade accredited and supporters of The Lake District Tourism & Conservation Partnership.

From M6 exit at jct 40, take the A66 west for 17 miles. Exit A66 for Keswick onto Penrith Road. Burnside B&B is 0.5 miles on the right. From south A591 take right turn onto Penrith Road 50 metre's on left. Rail/bus Penrith train station take the Keswick bus until second stop on Penrith Road.
