Located just one mile from Kendal and 5 minutes from M6 J36, we are well placed for ideal access to the Lakes. Our property offers visitors a unique experience, with guests to the manor enjoying spacious, elegant rooms with the plaster tracery dating back to the year 1538.
In addition to beautiful countryside views, our Guest House boasts two prestigious previous owners, Henry VIII and Marmaduke de Thwenge.
We have ample private off road parking at Helsington Laithes Manor within our 3 acre grounds.

Directions:
By road - From M6 junction 36. Take the A590 (dual carriageway) towards Kendal. The A590 becomes the A591 after passing the Barrow/Grange turning. After BP Garages on opposite sides of the carriageway take the turning to Kendal South passing underneath dual carriageway. After 200 yards turn up the lane first left immediately after the Kendal Town sign, which is just after the 40 mph speed zone sign. After 100 yards turn right at the 'T' junction, go over the bridge and bear left up the driveway to Helsington Laithes Manor.
