The Mount is an Edwardian house situated in the beautiful Lakeland village of Portinscale. Overlooking Lake Derwentwater, it is the ideal location for water and mountain based activities, or simply for admiring the stunning scenery of the Newlands valley. At the rear of the property stands the magnificent Skiddaw, offering walks with splendid view points while to the front there are excellent views of the fells and valleys beyond.

The Mount has 5 individually designed bedrooms all with ensuite or private facilities. Rooms to the front of the house have splendid views of the Lake whilst those at the rear overlook the grand vista of Skiddaw.
