Directions:
Coming from the South (M6)
Leave the M6 at Junction 36 onto A590 (becomes A591) all the way into Windermere

Coming from the East (Leeds)
Take the M62 to the M6, then as above

Or for a scenic alternative, leave Leeds and take the A660 to Otley. Then join the A65 through Ilkley and Skipton, onto Kirkby Lonsdale, eventually crossing the M6 at Junction 36. Then as above.

Coming from the North
Take the M6 to Junction 36 then as above. Or leave the M6 at Junction 39 and join the A685 to Kendal. Follow signs for Windermere. And for a truly scenic (and narrow) alternative leave the M6 at Junction 40, joining the A66 signposted Keswick. Take the A592 and enjoy a drive through the beautiful scenery of Ullswater and Patterdale, over the Kirkstone Pass towards Ambleside and Troutbeck. Follow signs for Windermere.

In Windermere Village
Once you're in Windermere leave the A591 shortly after entering the 30mph zone, turning left down the hill at Tourist Information (signposted Town Centre). Turn left at the mini roundabout (at the bottom of the hill). Continue on this road towards Bowness. Windermere Suites is about a quarter of a mile on the left (just after Ellerthwaite Road).

There is a private car park to the rear of the building.

Or for those arriving by train, it's a 5 minute walk down the hill in the town centre (and as above) or a 2 minute cab journey.
