The cottage is located directly opposite George Fisher Outdoor and is less than a minutes walk from Keswick's Market Square and 5 - 10 minutes stroll from Keswick's Theatre-by-the Lake, Derwentwater, Friars Crag and Borrowdale. 27 Lake Road is ideal for couples, families and groups.

The cottage is owned, managed and serviced by Keswick couple Peter & Sharon Garner. The cottage is directly opposite George Fisher Outdoor on the fringe of Keswick's pedestrianised Conservation Area. Keswick has an excellent range of shops too many to name but should you take a two minute walk to the Market Square you could call into the Norwegian Store for beautifully crafted Scandanavian knitwear. Grab a bite to eat at the Good Taste deli/cafe. Browse around Treeby & Boulton's Fine China & Contemporary Art Gallery. The Market Square is now only yards away with more shops and some great pubs for shopping weary males! The Moot Hall Tourist Information Centre is in the heart of the Market Square and is a mine of useful information.
