Charles and Ros Walmsley would like to welcome you to Beaumont and our two one-bedroomed cottages "Wastwater" and "Elterwater", set in a large garden surrounding our elegant Victorian Home.

We have glorious views to the fells from our elevated location. Watch the sunset from the garden tables and chairs while sipping a glass of wine.

Our cottages are ideally located for that perfect Lake District holiday.

Both Windermere and Bowness (Lake Windermere) are within easy walking distance. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood.

There is a quality supermarket by Windermere railway station which will provide all your catering needs.

Both cottages have modern kitchen (including fridge/freezer and washer/drier) and have been decorated to a high standard. Color TV, radio and video are installed. There is full central heating throughout. Linen is provided, but please brings your own towels.

Leave the M6 at junction 36. Take the A591 to Windermere. Continue for 1/2 mile towards Bowness on the A5074. Thornbarrow Road is on the left immediately after the zebra crossing. Beaumont is on the right towards the top.
