Directions:
The village of Yanwath is approximately 3 miles from Penrith, 4 miles from Ullswater and 6 miles from Haweswater.
- From the M6 motorway, take junction 40 and at the large roundabout head East on the A66, signposted Appleby and Scotch Corner.
- At the next roundabout take the fourth exit signposted Shap.
- Drive through the village of Eamont Bridge and at the mini roundabout turn right towards Pooley Bridge, Ullswater and Yanwath,
- After approximately one mile you will enter the village of Yanwath. Turn right and follow the road round to Yanwath Gate Inn. The cottage is next door to Yanwath Gate Inn and you can park in the pub car park.
