We have approximately 35 holiday cottages in the North Lakes area includng Keswick, Cockermouth, Bassenthwaite, Loweswater and Caldbeck.

With the exception of Keswick, which is an attractive and bustling market town, this part of the Lake District has a slower, quieter pace of life compared to the likes of Windermere and Ambleside. Here, there are still more sheep than people, a real sense of tranquility, and hundreds of wonderful walks, either along the river banks at valley floors, or high up on some of the most spectacular fells in the country.

Our self-catering accommodation gives you the flexibility to cook at home, or to visit the many welcoming pubs within easy reach, offering traditional Cumbrian foods and ales.
