Fell View Lodge & Bluebell Lodge are situated in the heart of the beautiful Lake District at Limefitt Park, Troutbeck.
Fell View lodge is a privately owned luxury lodge that accommodates up to 6 people. It is situated on the Kirkstone area of the beautiful Limefitt Park.
New to holiday letting from July 2011 Fell View Lodge is modern and spacious with luxury fittings and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. There are 3 good size bedrooms, a family bathroom and to the master bedroom there is an en suite with Body Jet shower to refresh you after a days walking. The lodge has full central heating and double glazing so is cosy throughout the year. To the front and side of the lodge is a large decked area with views of the fells beyond.
Bluebell Lodge is a privately owned three bedroom lodge with luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. Modern and well-appointed, Bluebell Lodge has en suite bathroom to the main bedroom, and with full central heating and double glazing is cosy throughout the year. The lodge has a large gated balcony with extensive views.
Just 3.5 miles from Windermere with its shops and restaurants, but seems a world away, so relax and enjoy the unhurried and natural atmosphere of the peaceful Troutbeck Valley.
Limefitt Park is a 5* site with the Troutbeck river running through the park providing a river pool area where children and adults can paddle and fish. There is free WiFi in the lodges and a children’s play area with zip wire, and large sports field.
You will also find a park shop, a laundrette and the Haybarn pub which serves local ales and food and shows Sky TV.
Together with its delightful surroundings of the mountains and lakes on the doorstep, this is a truly magical place to stay.

From M6 jct 36 follow A591 to Windermere until you reach the town centre. About 0.5miles north of Windermere turn right at the mini-roundabout taking the A592 Patterdale road signposted Ullswater. Limefitt is 2.5 miles on the right.
